This project has been implemented in three (3) phases. Phase I involved construction of 85 units project commenced in 2008 and was completed in July 2011. Phase II involved construction of 212 units commenced in March 2011 and was completed in December 2013. Both phases have been completed then sold at outright and under higher purchase arrangement.
